Santa’s Little Helpers’ came to me, recommended by a professional colleague, and I can’t say enough good things about them, So, a couple of points here: #1) From my first contact through to install of the lights the process was smooth. I received several automated reminder emails that Santa’s Little Helpers were coming on the specified date which I find very helpful – not that I need the reminding, but it let’s me know that they don’t need a reminder from me! #2) Carlos and Munz did the install. Both professional, courteous. #3) Superb install. We have a 25-30′ spruce in the front of our house, with two tree trunks, delicate planting beneath, and an inground drip irrigation system, so to me the install could be complex. But, to my relief not to Carlos & Munz. #4) I’ve read some reviews about the price of the lights. And, while cost is always a concern, I will say only that my 25-30′ spruce has never looked brighter because inside each one of those C-9 LED bulbs are are five (!!) halogen bulbs. I love Christmas! I wanted a bold, multi-coloured tree, and that’s what I have! I paid a price, yes, but I buy the lights only once AND the other side of that price is the joy that my neighbours, passersby, and my family get from that tree. Hard to put a price on that!
